Is the change from Halloween to Xmas happen Nov 1st?

    Greetings Jill!

Welcome to planDisney, we are thrilled to see you here today! The holidays at the parks is something I look forward to the most. The combination of adorable merchandise, delicious holiday offerings, and the twinkling lights that cover not only Cinderella Castle, but throughout all 4 parks is really something. If I could use one word to describe it all, it would be Enchanting, or Magical, Breathtaking, Traditional! Sorry, I couldn't’t just use one.

Each year the exact date varies by a few days, I believe last year’s transition occurred within the first week of November. Depending on when you visit, you might just get to see when two holidays collide! That’s my favorite time to visit! I truly enjoy the Halloween decorations throughout the parks, but I also need to sit near Main Street, U.S.A. with a hot cocoa and sugar cookie in hand. I totally take after my daughter’s favorite, Jack Skellington.

Jill, I recommend keeping up with the Disney Parks Blog. The Disney Parks Blog is where you will see the announcement of the holiday transition. Plus, you always have us to help you along the way!

    Happy Holidays!
