Welcome to planDisney, Alex!
Close your eyes. Can you picture it? Blue spires that stretch towards the sky, the shimmer of EARidescent pink, and a glittering gold here and there. You guessed it! I’m describing
Cinderella Castle, but you won't have to close your eyes and merely imagine its beauty much longer since you will be at
The Most Magical Place on Earth in less than a month! Hooray!
I’m happy to hear you were able to set up your
Disability Access Service (DAS) reservations ahead of time by utilizing the new DAS pre-registration process. Remember, with DAS you can make up to two DAS Advance reservations per day, but you will also be able to request the standard DAS return times for experiences once you are physically in the
theme parks. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to modify the Guests on your DAS Advance reservations ahead of your trip, but you can do so once you arrive at one of the theme parks. Look for the
Guest Experience Team (they will be stationed at blue tents throughout the parks) or visit
Guest Relations to do so. This is the route I recommend you take for the best chance at a lower wait time for assistance, but if you really want this worked out ahead of your arrival, call (407) 560-2547 for assistance from a member of the Disability Services team.
Now, Alex, you will be at Walt Disney World Resort during two extremely exciting events -
The World’s Most Magical Celebration and the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Both events have their own special food, entertainment, and festivities to offer, but I especially love the springtime magic you will find at
EPCOT as part of this Festival. Be sure to make time to experience all it has to offer during your vacation.
If more questions pop up ahead of your departure, Alex, don’t hesitate to stop by
planDisney again. We’re always happy to help!
You are the magic,
Alyssa
