It sounds like you're trying to update the Disney character icon in your
MyDisney account, we can definitely assist with that! I prefer to do this in the
Disneyland app, and there are a few different ways.
The first way is to open up the app and update your character from the home screen. You'll see a greeting with your name and the current Disney character icon you've selected (mine is Elastigirl!) for your profile. You can click on that Disney character, and it will take you to another screen where you can choose from Disney Classic characters, Pixar characters, Disney Villains, and a ton of other fun options!
You also can open up the app and navigate to the three horizontal bar line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and tap "My Profile" under "Account." Right at the top you should see your name and "Change Character" which you can tap to take you to the same screen with the character options. For other members of your family, they'll need their own MyDisney account to update their own character icon.
