My Disney Experience account was connected to an old e-mail address to which he no longer has access, so he wanted to move his account to his new email address, and with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust - and the help of Guest Services - it was fixed.
So, there are a couple of options. Normally, you can change your email address right in your My Disney Experience account if you have access to the old address. But since you do not, you would need to
call Guest Services. There is a number specifically for My Disney Experience needs. Alternatively, if you will be at Walt Disney World soon, you can stop by one of the Guest Services blue umbrellas or Guest Services offices inside the theme parks. The Cast Members there are like Fairy Godparents, and with a "bibbidi-bobbidi-boo," they can make magic happen for you. There is a process they need to go through to change the email on the account, which is why you would need to speak to them on the phone or in person. But rest assured, it's easier than changing a pumpkin into a carriage!
