Alison will tell you that I'm the queen of the typo — especially when I'm typing on my cellphone — so I totally empathize with your circumstances, Ann. Because I wasn't sure where exactly you were in the booking process, I spoke to a Disneyland Paris representative about the issue, and she suspected that your use of 'registration form' indicated that you entered the incorrect information as you were completing the check-in form on the Disneyland Paris app. If this is indeed the case, unfortunately, the information cannot be modified through the app once entered. You can, however, speak to a friendly Cast Member at the reception desk upon arrival to request a change be made to the information provided.
Now, if the check-in form is not where you need to make the modification, I would suggest checking under 'My Bookings' in
your account on the Disneyland Paris website to see if you can update the information yourself, or reaching out to a Cast Member by contacting the
Client Relation Center or the live chat function on the Disneyland Paris website — this will appear as a blue pop-up box periodically — for assistance making the necessary changes.
