My Disney Experience.
To change your Disney account e-mail, open the
My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner of the screen, select
My Profile, and choose
Account Settings to edit your e-mail address. You will have to provide the confirmation code sent to the e-mail currently associated with your account to confirm the change. If you no longer have access to that e-mail address, I recommend calling (407) 939-4357, and Cast Members will verify your personal information and help you modify your account e-mail.

signing in to their Disney account and visiting
