I’d be more than happy to help you change your email! First, you’ll want to go to the home page of the
Walt Disney World Resort website, and in the upper right-hand corner, you’ll select the “My Disney Experience” tab. Then sign in to your
My Disney Experience account and within the tab select “Profile”, right under your name. Next, scroll down and select “Account Settings”, the first line of this new page should be “Email” and there you can update your email address. While on this screen you might want to confirm all your other information is the latest and greatest.
If you can’t log in to My Disney Experience for any reason, you can always call the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk and the Cast Member should be able to adjust it for you. Also keep in mind if you’d like to create an all new profile for your current email address, that is an option as well. Just remember that if you decide to take this route, it will be a completely new profile and you’ll have to re-enter and re-link any information.
