Sorry to hear you’ve run into a small glitch when trying to change your contact information on your My Disney Experience account. Luckily there are a few alternative methods to try that are almost as easy as using Fix-It Felix’s hammer.
Since you mentioned that you tried changing your email address on the My Disney Experience mobile app, have you tried changing it on a web browser? On the
Walt Disney World website, click on “My Disney Experience” in the upper right of the screen, under the search bar. A drop-down menu will appear, and you can select “Profile” under your name. Next, scroll down to “Account Settings.” The next window is where you can update your profile information such as email, address, and telephone number. Be sure to click “Done” when you’ve finished updating your information to save the change.
If the steps I described don’t work, my next suggestion is to call and receive assistance from a Cast Member. You can call the number listed under “
Technical and Website Support.”
