My sister ran into the same issue a few years ago. Initially, she set up her My Disney Experience account using her college email address. Then, once she graduated, she lost access to it. She created an entirely new My Disney Experience account with a different email address, only to run into more issues because she had two accounts linked to her. So my advice is, don’t do that!
You’ll want to call the Walt Disney World Resort to receive the technical support you need so that you can get back to your My Disney Experience account. I recommend calling the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ line. A Cast Member there should be able to help smooth out these technical issues so that you can get back to
planning!

Once you have regained access to your account, it will be the perfect time to take advantage of any of these fantastic summer savings options.
