If you can still access all of your email accounts but can't remember your My Disney Experience password, username, or the email you used to sign up, don't worry. You can either request a new password or find your email
on the login page by clicking on "Looking for username login?" at the bottom and then "Need help signing in?" on the next page.
Now, if you don't have access to your email account, your best bet is to reach out to the
My Disney Experience Technical Support phone line. A friendly Cast Member will work with you to restore your access and change your email address after verifying that you are the account owner.
If you happen to be at the parks, that's even better. I suggest visiting any Guest Relations desk at
Disney Resorts Collection hotels or at any Theme Park and explaining the situation to them. They are known for being super friendly and helpful and can also assist you with any technical glitches.
