How do I change my Disneyland ticket and reservation date?

Hi there, Janel! Thanks for your question!

The Disneyland Resort understands that plans change all the time, so it's really easy to make a new theme park reservation. Click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link under the "My Disneyland" menu on the Disneyland Resort website. While you aren't able to modify your existing reservation, you should have the option to cancel it and make a new one. I recommend that you check the theme park reservation availability calendar before canceling and making new plans. Also, keep in mind that if you have a Park Hopper ticket, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at and then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop to the other park.

Have you heard the news about Disney Genie? This exciting new digital service within the Disneyland app is going to revolutionize how guests tour the parks. Disney Genie will create customized park itineraries based on your interests and will update the itineraries throughout your visit to ensure you are maximizing your time at the parks. You'll also have the option of purchasing Disney Genie+ which will allow you to select an arrival time for certain attractions and skip most of the wait by using the Lightning Lane. If you used Disney MaxPass in the past, this new service will work in a similar manner. Disney Genie will debut sometime this fall so keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog to see if it will be available for your travel dates.

    Have a magical day!
