how do i change my disney resort, and park reservations without doing it on the internet?

    Greetings, Madi!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so very glad that you found us. This is such a great question. While making these changes online is a great and convenient option, I am happy to report that there is another way.

Madi, if you would like to make any changes to your upcoming stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel, you can do so by speaking to a Cast Member by phone. The Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team will be able to assist you with any of your resort stay or vacation package changes. Inquiries about ticket options, including Disney Park Pass Reservations, can be made through the Existing Tickets number. Before making any changes to your park reservations, be sure to check the availability calendar. This helpful tool will show you what theme parks have reservation availability during your vacation.

And speaking of theme parks, I also want to mention that as a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you and your travel party will get 30 extra minutes of park time every morning! Early theme park entry is one of the many wonderful benefits of staying at the uniquely themed Disney Resort hotels.

I hope that this information helps you make all of the modifications desired for your upcoming adventure.
    We'll see ya real soon!
