    Can I change my Disney hotel?

    Hello Katie,

    As the current UK-based planDisney Panelist, it really is my delight and pleasure to welcome you here today to our pixie-dusted spot.

    With so many beautifully themed Disney Resorts Collection hotels to choose from, it can be quite a Disney dilemma to pick the Resort which will be practically perfect in every way for your own dear family.  In fact, when Guests have previously asked which is my most favourite of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, my usual reply is to say the Resort in which I last stayed!

    Katie, I'm more than happy to share that Guests are indeed able to make requests to change an existing reservation at Walt Disney World Resort. 

    However, it's good to remember that requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort and that any requests which may be granted are always based on current availability and any operational needs.

    The lead Guest named on the booking is welcome to contact helpful Cast Members by dialling the UK freephone number for the Walt Disney Travel Company contained within this handy Contact Us link.  Prior to calling, you'll want to be sure to have close to hand your Disney Resort reservation confirmation number and any other pertinent information.

    After any agreed amendments are made with the Cast Member assisting you over the phone, Guests can expect an updated email invoice reflecting any changes made to the booking including any price adjustments, and so on.

    It may also be worth bearing in mind that amendment fees may apply to any adjustments made to an existing Walt Disney Travel Company holiday booking.
