Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited to hEAR that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the spooky season. Nothing beats the beautiful weather and the fall decorations for my family and me.
I double-checked with a Cast Member, and unfortunately, once you select a method of delivery at checkout, it cannot be changed. I'm not sure which delivery method you chose, but if it is digital and you prefer to receive a physical ticket card, did you know you could still pick up a physical ticket card? In order to do so, all you need to do is head to
Guest Relations at Disney Springs or the ticket counter at the Theme Parks to request one. I've done this many times before as a backup to my digital tickets, and it is practical and a great complimentary souvenir of my vacation. If you requested a physical ticket and wanted a digital one, you can still utilize the digital methods of MagicBand (and the new
MagicBand+) and
MagicMobile. To use either of these methods, don't forget to link your ticket numbers (found on the back of the ticket card) are linked to your My Disney Experience account. I personally prefer MagicMobile out of the two digital options. I wear a smartwatch, and it is often too much on my wrist when I have a MagicBand and a watch on simultaneously. MagicMobile allows me to have one less accessory and utilize a contactless method of Theme Park entry. One tip, though, if you do select MagicMobile, don't forget to bring a portable charger/power bank with you. This will help you keep your phone charged and ready for the entire day!
