Hey there Paola and welcome to planDisney!
Theme Park Reservations are a new way to help with capacity in the
Disney Parks especially now as we still look to find a new normal in the midst of the pandemic. But for those of us who grew up in a pre-
Disney Genie+ Service, just walk up and buy tickets at the ticket booth style of Walt Disney World, it's definitely a bit of an adjustment. So let's discuss your
Tickets and how to finesse your situation.
Paola, changing your Theme Park Reservation in the Disney Park Pass System does not delete your ticket. You purchased it and it's still yours to make magic with. But before changing anything, you absolutely must
check on that Disney Park Pass availability at the Disney Park you would like to switch your reservation to. I'd hate to see you with tickets in hand and no parks available to welcome you! If your new park has room, simply cancel the one you have currently and make a new reservation.
Paola whichever Disney Park you choose for that day, the magic is sure to follow you wherever you go!
Happy planning!
