    How can I change the dates of my tickets through the website? Each time I want to change the date, it won't let me change the date but it will ask for changing the type of ticket I want it to be.

    Hello Anya, and welcome to planDisney!

    I see you have a Walt Disney World Resort visit planned for December! What a fantastic time to visit and create holiday memories with your family.

    To make changes to your theme park tickets using the website, log into your My Disney Experience account and click “My Plans,” and under “My Plans, Reservation, and Tickets,” you will choose “Tickets & Memory Maker.” Choose the first ticket and select “Change Ticket,” then “choose which tickets to change,” and select “Continue.” You will select “Change Dates” from that screen and proceed through the process. 

    I am not sure of your new dates, but if your proposed new dates are for dates that are not available just yet, it might not give the option to make a change. I just did a “test” of my ticket, and I could get dates pretty far into 2023. If you continue to have issues, please call 407 934-7639 and speak with a cast member who will be able to assist you. 

    Please note that you can make changes to your tickets prior to midnight ET on the day before your ticket’s first valid use date. If the new dates you select incur a different price, you will be responsible for the additional fees (should there be any).
