How do I change the dates for my tickets? The mobile app isn’t working for this right now

Hi Teresa! Thank you for reaching out to planDisney!

This is a great question. While we try our best to plan out our vacations, sometimes things happen and we have to make adjustments. Luckily, your Walt Disney World ticket dates can usually be adjusted to your new plans.

Before changing your dates, kindly ensure that the new dates you are looking to change to have availability for the parks you'd like to visit on the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. Once you've decided on your new dates, the best way to change the date on your ticket is to log in to your My Disney Experience account on a computer. Once you have done so, follow these simple steps:

    • Use your mouse to scroll over the words "My Disney Experience" in the menu bar at the top.
    • Select "My Plans."
    • Scroll down to where it says "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets."
    • Click on "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker."
    • You should now see all of the members in your travel party. Underneath the details, you will simply click "Change Ticket."
    • Now you'll want to select all of the names whose tickets you'd like to change and press "Continue."
    • You'll now be able to change dates, add days, and/or upgrade tickets.
Please note that prices of tickets to the Walt Disney World Resort fluctuate depending on the date(s) you are visiting. As such, the price of the tickets for your new dates may be more or less expensive than your original dates. You will be responsible for the additional cost of the tickets should they be higher. Furthermore, no refunds or credits will be given if your new dates are less expensive than the old ones.

Once you have adjusted your dates, be sure to makes those Theme Park Reservations for each member of your travel party for every day you are planning to visit a park.

If you should need additional help, please contact Disney's Guest Relations as they are experts in this area and will be happy to assist you. You can also check out the Frequently Asked Questions section of the Help Center for answers to many ticket related questions.

I hope that you are able to find new to visit the resort. No matter when you go, you're bound to have a wonderful time filled with memories to last a lifetime!

    Best wishes,
    Matt
