If you ask me, it's always the right time to plan your next
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. But, of course, that goes double these days with all the fabulous new attractions, restaurants, and more to enjoy. So, I’m excited to hear you’re planning a visit for next year! Speaking of new attractions, did you know that the fabulous new attraction,
TRON Lightcycle/Run, is opening in
Magic Kingdom Park this Spring? How lucky are you to be able to check it out during your visit in the fall?! I must say, I’m a little jealous!
I am happy to share that you can absolutely change the date of your
Theme Park Tickets after you have purchased them. To do so, you’ll want to head to your My Disney Experience mobile app, and select "Tickets and Passes" from the menu. From there, scroll over to the ticket you would like to change, and select "Change Ticket." Now, use the calendar to select the new date and follow the prompts to complete the change, and you’re all set! I do want to note that should your new dates have a higher cost per day; you would need to pay the difference in the ticket price at the time of the change.
Now, let's say you don't know exactly when your family member will be able to visit again. Worry not! While your actual tickets will expire, the value of your unused tickets will be valid indefinitely. To use the credit toward a future visit, you will need to speak to one of the wonderful Cast Members on the Ticket Services Team by calling (407) 939-5277. They will be happy to help you apply your credit whenever you are ready.
