How do I change my dated ticket to the day prior to what I have booked and received tickets for?

    Bienvenue à PlanDisney, Michelle!

I’m glad you found us as you get all your Donald Ducks in a row for your next visit to the Disneyland Paris resort. There’s just a special kind of pixie dust sprinkled over the most beautiful Disney castle in the world, don’t you think? From exploring the enchanting streets of Main Street, U.S.A., to chasing your shadow through Adventureland, there’s so much waiting for you to explore.

Now, about your tickets— If you purchased your dated theme park tickets through a local travel agent, they’ll be able to assist you with changing your selected date. But if you ordered them directly from the Disneyland Paris website, you’ve got an easy solution: you can cancel your dated tickets up to three days before your visit for a full refund. After that, simply purchase new tickets for the date you’ve got in mind, and you’ll be ready to keep chasing that magic!

Well, Michelle, just like Peter Pan pointing to the “second star to the right", I hope this sets you on the right path. If you have any more questions, just fly back to me here.  I’ll be here, ready to help you chart your course to the magic.

    Tu t'envoles!
