Welcome to planDisney, Byron!
Thank you for sending a question our way. As a fellow international visitor, I have been anxiously waiting for the opportunity to return to the Walt Disney World Resort!
It seems to me we are in the same boat – I live in Brazil and due to the current travel restrictions for tourists arriving in the United States from my country, I am not sure when I will finally be able to use my tickets that have the same expiration date as yours. Although
theme park tickets are nonrefundable, Guests impacted by the temporary closure who are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
I recommend using Google Hangouts to call the Walt Disney World Resort from abroad (this is what I always do). International calls to the United States and Canada are not charged when calling from other countries, all you have to be sure is that your Internet connection is working properly. For assistance with tickets, please call +1 (407) 566-4985. If you prefer to send an e-mail,
fill out the online form and a Disney Cast Member will get back to you as soon as possible.
I hope this information is helpful, Byron! Did you know
planDisney is available in Spanish? Our fellow Spanish-speaking panelists will be delighted to provide tips and advice in this beautiful language next time you visit us!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
