Hey there, Lindsay! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m so sorry to hear that some people in your party are unable to visit the parks as planned. I hope there is some Disney magic in their near future once they recover.
You can cancel
reservations for select members of your party. Log in to the
Disneyland website with the account you used to purchase tickets. Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations, and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the reservation you’re looking to update. Once you click the ‘Cancel Reservation’ link, you’ll see a list of all Guests part of this reservation, and you can select only the ones you want to cancel for. The other Guests’ reservations will remain intact. I know it can be unnerving to click the ‘Cancel Reservation’ button! But rest assured you’ll have the opportunity select certain Guests.
For the Guests not using their
tickets for this visit, their tickets will still be there for new reservations in the future. Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance. One-day tickets purchased in 2022 will not expire until December 30, 2023.
Did you know that
World Princess Week starts today? From August 21 to August 27, you’ll find some magical surprises at Disneyland Resort to celebrate the amazing, courageous, bright, kind princesses we all love! Check out the
Disney Parks Blog for tips about where to find the magic. I was just reading the Foodie Guide and can't wait to try to
Princess Carriage Donut.
Adventure is out there. Have a blast!
