Hiya Kimberlee!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us your question and making us a part of your planning journey! Oh my goodness, Kimberlee, your visit is coming so soon! Can you believe that you will be soaking in the Disney magic so soon? I am so excited for you to experience the
World's Most Magical Celebration, and I am thrilled to be helping you today!
To answer your question, you can change the dates of your theme park tickets yourself by using the
My Disney Experience service. To do so, hover your cursor over the "My Disney Experience" tab and then click on "My Plans." Then, scroll down until you see "Tickets and Memory Maker" and click on this tab. If you are using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you would instead click on the three lines at the bottom right of your screen and then on "Tickets and Passes." Either way, you should have an option that says "Change Ticket," which would allow you to change your ticket dates, add the Park Hopper option, etc. If you cannot change your ticket this way, you can also
contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, and they will be able to make that change for you. Should your tickets expire before you can change the dates, you will be able to
use your expired tickets as a credit when purchasing future theme park tickets of equal or higher value. This, however, must be done with a Cast Member over the phone or in person at a ticketing window at the main entrance of any of the four parks.
Once your tickets are settled, I would highly recommend selecting a date that will still allow you to experience the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. Indeed, EPCOT will be in full bloom until July 4th, 2022, and with all its unique offerings and activities, it is a festival you will not want to miss! Personally, I love walking around the World Showcase and trying the different food booths that are only available during the festival. This year, I highly recommend stopping by Flavor Full Kitchen to try the famous Corn on the Cob and the Blood Orange Agua Fresca (non-alcoholic), which might be a new rival of the well-known Violet Lemonade! If you are a fan of nature like me, I also highly recommend walking through Bambi's Butterfly House to learn about local vegetation and the various ways Disney helps butterflies!
I hope this was helpful, Kimberlee, and that you and your loved ones will be able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort as soon as possible! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your next Disney vacation, please feel free to reach out. You and me, we're in a club now, and you're as welcome as can be!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
