How can I change the date of my ticket.

    Hi there, Valerie!

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question - I'm happy to see you're in the planning stages of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

There are a few simple steps to follow if you'd like to change the usage date on your Theme Park Ticket

    1) On the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner of the home page. This will take you to the Welcome page with your name at the top.

    2) Select "Tickets and Passes - you'll be able to see any active tickets linked to your account.

    3) Select the ticket you'd like to modify, and select "Change Ticket". IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, make sure to check Theme Park Reservation Availability to make sure your new dates are available.

    4) Select "Valid Ticket Dates" to change the dates you'd like to visit the Walt Disney World theme parks and choose the first day of use for your ticket.

You can modify your ticket up until midnight EST of the day before the first valid use date. There is no charge to modify your usage dates unless you select dates with higher ticket prices. At this time, Guests are required to have a Disney Park Pass reservation as well as valid admission to be able to enter a specific theme park on a specific day. I recommend you make your Disney Park Pass reservations immediately after securing your new ticket dates.

I hope this helps you get your Theme Park Ticket all set up to use on your new dates! Please come back and visit us here at planDisney if you have more questions as you plan your visit. We're happy to help!
