If you need to cancel a reservation for a Disneyland Resort Enchanting Extra, you may visit the “Future Plans” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app or the “
My Dining and Activity Reservations” page of the Disneyland Resort website. In the app, tap into the reserved activity then tap the “Cancel” button. On the website, find your reservation on the page under the “Enchanting Extras” heading and click the “Cancel Reservation” link. If you don’t happen to see your reservation in the app or on the website, you may call the Disneyland Resort phone line dedicated to
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge activities at (714) 300-7805. Cancel reservations at least one day in advance to avoid having your credit card charged. At any time, you may use the mobile app or the website to book a new appointment with the
Gatherers.

theme park reservations you need to cancel, you may visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. On that page, find the date you need to cancel and click on “Cancel Reservation.”
Your
theme park ticket will remain linked to your Disneyland Resort account even after cancelling a park reservation. So you can return to the mobile app or website to book a new reservation on another date that is valid for your theme park admission type. For specific questions related to your tickets, you may reach out to a Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line or use the chat feature in the
Disneyland mobile app.
