Hey there, Kim, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! If you’re here asking about your Theme Park Tickets it can only mean one thing: a Walt Disney World Vacation is in your future! With the
50th Anniversary Celebration bringing many exciting new offerings to the Theme Parks, now is a fantastic time to embark on a Walt Disney World Vacation!
Kim, Walt Disney World understands that sometimes things change. I think they stole that from Olaf though. But they have made it quite simple to make changes to Theme Park Tickets, Resort Reservations, and more! You can check your
My Disney Experience Account to verify that you can move your Theme Park Ticket start date. After logging into your My Disney Experience Account, select the tickets that you would like to edit and choose the “Change” option. You are then able to modify your ticket start dates. Keep in mind that Walt Disney World uses date-based pricing for Theme Park Tickets, so making changes may require additional funds. If applicable, you will be prompted to pay the difference as you checkout to process the modifications.
If your Theme Park Tickets were purchased as part of a
Disney Vacation Package, you will have to modify your reservation to edit your tickets. This change also takes place through your My Disney Experience Account. After logging in, locate your upcoming reservation under the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section of your account. Choose the “Change Reservation” option and scroll down to the Theme Park Tickets section on the following page. Click the “Change” link and edit your Theme Park Ticket dates. If you run into any issues making the desired changes, I suggest reaching out to an
Existing Tickets Cast Member for further assistance.
I hope this helps, Kim! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation,
stop back by and let me know!
You’ve got a friend in me,
