It sounds like your plans need a little adjusting, so let's chat about your
Disney Park Pass reservations. It is possible to change your reservation right in your
My Disney Experience account, but before we do that, it's important to take a quick look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar. Since we're getting closer and closer to Christmas, the theme parks are starting to get busier. Right now, the week you'll be there is shaded in yellow on the calendar, meaning at least one park has no remaining reservations that day. Be sure to check the calendar on the date you're hoping to change to make sure the park you want is available.
Okay, if your new date is good to go, let's change your reservation! Head over to the
Walt Disney World home page and click on "Sign In or Create Account," then click on the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar and follow these steps:
- Scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets"
- Locate the Disney Park Pass reservation you want to change
- Click on "View Details" next to that reservation
- Click on "Modify Reservation" next to the one you're changing
- Select All to change for your entire party
- Choose the new date on the calendar, then select the theme park
- Review your changes and confirm
And that should do it! Your new reservation will now appear under "My Plans" in your My Disney Experience account and on the mobile app if you'd like to double check it.
