How do I change my date of birth as it is wrong

    Hi there Donna!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by as you dream about your magical holiday. Oh no! It sounds like your birthday in My Disney Experience is actually your unbirthday. Let's fix that since you're heading to Walt Disney World and not the Mad Hatter's tea party!

You can modify several personal details in the "My Profile" section of My Disney Experience, but your birth date is not one of them. To change this, you need to call Walt Disney World, and a friendly Cast Member will make things right. If you can't call, visit a Guest Relations location upon arrival.

Will you be visiting on your birthday? Be sure to pick up a celebration pin from the front desk of your resort or Guest Relations. Wear it proudly, and you never know if pixie dust will fall your way. It's lovely to hear Cast Members and fellow Guests sending well wishes on your special day.

Since you'll be arriving in August, check out this Disney Parks Blog article highlighting new and exciting attractions that have recently arrived in the theme parks. My family will also vacation later this summer, and we are looking forward to riding Tiana's Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom Park and seeing Disney Dreams That Soar in Disney Springs. I've seen glimpses of both on our Instagram account, and I cannot wait to experience them in person!

Best wishes for an enchanting summer escape, Donna. If there is anything else we at planDisney can do to make your holiday even more memorable, don't hesitate to reach out again. We'd be delighted to assist you!

    Cheers,
    Betsy

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
