    How do I change my date of birth on my Disney account? I tried the instructions in the Q&A but they are not working. I incorrectly entered the wrong date when I created the account years ago. Thank you

    I can totally relate to your concerns Olga, because I too have made similar kinds of errors on my own My Disney Experience account as well.  Plus, I really like seeing all my ducks in a neat row, so it really does bug me when I can't easily correct my own mistakes!

    Since you've already tried Updating Details on My Disney Account yourself to correct the small error in your birth yEAR.  I do wonder whether now might be the time to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who will be able to make those updates for you. 

    It's easy to connect with a Cast Member by dialling the telephone number for My Disney Experience & MagicBands contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. 

    I feel sure that with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust that Cast Members will soon have your My Disney Experience account looking all neat and pretty!
