Hi, I would like to change my date of birth as I have accidently key in it wrongly. May I know what is the method to change it?

Hi Jessica! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

Mistakes do happen, and I'm happy to point you in the right direction to get this one straightened out. To view your birth date, hover over "My Disneyland" and select "Profile" under your name. Click on "Account Settings." If you scroll about halfway through the Account Info, you should see your birth date listed there. However, unlike the rest of this information, this is a piece you can't adjust yourself. So, if it is incorrectly keyed in and you need to change the birthdate, you'll need to speak to a helpful Cast Member using the Guest Services phone line. The rest you can change yourself, but they will be able to make your birth date change for you.

I hope this means your next trip is right around the corner! I'm always dreaming of my next trip. Whether it is visiting during Halloween Time or the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort, there is so much magic to experience this year. In addition to festive treats, my favorite thing about this time of year is the magical overlays on select attractions like Haunted Mansion Holiday in New Orleans Square in Disneyland Park. It's a can't-miss for me! I'm already watching the Disney Parks Blog to find out what exciting new things will be coming to the parks in the new year too. I'll be sure to be ready with my to-do list, and the planning and wishing are a part of the fun.

    Have a magical day!
