Hi Olga! Welcome to planDisney.
Gawrsh! Sounds like you have a schedule change in the works. Let's get right to work and help you out. My First tip, hold times have been rather lengthy for all of us lately. I am just like you and have to wait my turn for a Cast Member. To circumvent this issue, I like to use the chat feature either online or through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. This way, I can carry on with my day while waiting to connect with a live person.
Walt Disney World Resort
Theme Park Tickets are
nontransferable and nonrefundable, but we can work to change the start date of your ticket. This task must be completed prior to midnight on the day before your start date. Let's check the
Theme Park Availability Calendar to verify your new dates. Got it? Good! Grab your smartphone and I will walk you through the steps. Open the My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes" to locate the theme park ticket you would like to modify. Choose the "Change Ticket" option and follow the prompts. Please be aware, tickets are date-based priced. If your new start date is more expensive you will be responsible for the difference in cost. Bibbiddi-Bobbiddi-Boo!
Your work is not done! Now, I want you to secure your
Park Pass Reservation. Once all of this is complete, you should be ready to visit
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Plan on indulging in a specialty-themed treat found in the
50th Anniversary Celebration Sips and Bites Guide. I am eyeing Walt's Chili-Cheese Fries at
Magic Kingdom Park. Stay until the sun goes down and the iconic Cinderella Castle comes to EARidescent life during
Beacons of Magic.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
