    change/ cancel hotel reservations

    If you booked your Walt Disney World Resort hotel with a third party such as a travel agent or a travel website, you need to contact them to make any changes or cancel your reservation. If you booked your trip yourself, you may make modifications online if you have connected your reservation to your My Disney Experience account by logging in and navigating to your hotel reservation found under "My Plans." If you prefer to speak to someone, you can also contact a Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Cast Member by phone.
