How do I change my birthday on My Disney Experience App. It never asked me for it when I signed up and now it's saying I was born in the 1920s! I live the the UK so I don't really want to be calling America to fix it.

Greetings Sophie, and welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness! Visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth as a centenarian would be quite an accomplishment. While Walt Disney World is a vacation destination for Guests of all ages, I understand wanting to set that date right in My Disney Experience. Unfortunately, if the birthday listed in the My Profile section of your account is not correct, you will need to contact Guest Services by calling 0800 1690 749. Fortunately, the call is free and should be a quick one, so you will be back to your regularly scheduled vacation planning before you can say Biddibi Bobbidi Boo! Another option is to visit Guest Relations upon arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort; the Cast Members there might be able to work some magic and set your account right.

Sophie, I hope this is helpful, and that you can correct the situation without too much difficulty. If you end up having to wait on the phone for a bit, I recommend passing the time by reading the Disney Parks Blog, finding planDisney on social media, or browsing restaurant menus to see what you might want to taste on your next visit. As you plan for any upcoming vacations, please keep us in mind when any questions that arise. We're all ears! Thanks for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon.

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
