    Change my birthday?

    Hi there, Pedro!

    Several settings in your Disneyland Resort profile can be edited online. To make changes to profile items that are not user-editable, including birth date, you may send an email message online. For the subject, you will want to select “My Online Profile for Disneyland.com.” Alternatively, you may choose to phone the Website Support team to request changes.

    Tony’s Tip: Your user-editable Disneyland Resort profile settings can also be changed using the Disneyland mobile app. Navigate to the ☰ feature menu within the app and select “My Profile.” From there, you can use the “Account Settings” to make changes to your user information. Other changes can be made to configure your mobile device notification settings (great for getting reminders for theme park reservations and Lightning Lane return times) and payment methods (used for making purchases within the Disneyland app, including mobile food orders and Merchandise Mobile Checkout).
