My Disney Experience account isn’t correct, it’s not something you can edit directly in the app or online. I know… not exactly the magic wand moment we were hoping for. But there is a super smooth way to fix it.
Makayla, you’ll want to
reach out to a Cast Member by phone so they can safely update your account details for you. It might feel a little “old school,” but this is one of those times where talking to a real human is the fastest way to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo that birthday into place!
To get this all sorted out, reach out to the
Website Support team for Walt Disney World Resort, and they’ll take care of it after verifying your account. They’re incredibly kind (truly, some of the nicest humans ever), and they’ll walk you through it in just a few minutes.
Here’s my very local, always-in-the-parks tip: try calling earlier in the morning if you can. You’ll usually hit shorter wait times and be done before your cafecito gets cold.
