    change additional guest name

    Hiya, Alison! Welcome to planDisney!

Hakuna Matata! In most cases, changing the name of an additional Guest on a Walt Disney World Resort reservation or ticket is usually a pretty easy fix. The exact steps can depend on what you’re trying to update, though, like a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, theme park ticket, or even a dining reservation.

My best recommendation is to log in to your My Disney Experience account and check under “My Plans” to see if the option to modify Guest information appears there. If it’s grayed out or not letting you make changes, a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or Existing Tickets will be able to look up your account and booking information and help get it all sorted out for you. You can also try the chat option on the website, usually on the right-hand side of your screen with a question mark and speech bubble, where you can chat with a live agent quickly and easily, and they might be able to assist you as well!

I hope your Disney countdown is already filled with pixie dust and happy planning moments, Alison! And please do come back and see us again for any additional planning tips or questions!

    See ya real soon!
