Hi Fanny,
Thank you for taking the time to send your question to us here at planDisney. Since Disney has announced the reopening of Disneyland Resort on April 30, 2021 I have been dreaming of a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and much like you, I am patiently waiting to hear when we will be able to experience the magic first hand.
Over the past few weeks we have learned a great deal about what to expect when Disneyland Resort reopens for California Residents, but we are still waiting to hear when out of state and international guests will be able to visit. Disneyland Resort is following state guidelines in order to provide a safe experience for guests and the situation is constantly changing. More information will be provided for out of state guests at a later date. Unfortunately as of right now, there is no time line for out of state guests, however for the moment we can enjoy Disney through social channels and of course visiting the
shopDisney website. I highly recommend checking the
Disney Parks Blog as well as the official
Disneyland Resort website for the most up to date information as we continue to navigate the reopening.
Another change that is taking place is the implementation of a
Theme Park Reservation system to manage capacity. Guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you wish to enter into a Theme Park. You will need to link your Theme Park Tickets to your
Disney Account in order to access the reservation system, and enter a valid Theme Park Ticket number for each guest you are making reservations for in order to link everyone to your account as well. The process is simple, but necessary once you purchase your Theme Park Tickets!
I wish I had better news to share, Fanny. Once more information is released for out of state visitors please come back to
planDisney with all of your questions. We are always happy to help.
