Is there any chance Moana will be at Disney World or Epcot (or any other park) in June 2018? Our kids love Moana and would love to have a chance to meet her and her friends and/or learn more about the ocean with Moana! Thanks!

    Hi Truett,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for stopping by with your question.  My daughter is a huge fan of Moana and is eagerly waiting for her return to Walt Disney World Resort as well.

Since Moana has found her voyager roots, she is off on another adventure and is not currently meeting guests at Walt Disney World Resort.  I would recommend checking the Disney Parks Blog for updates on character appearances, as they are typically announced there first.  Although she isn't there in person, Moana is also featured in the new Happily Ever After Fireworks Showcase at Magic Kingdom Park. The Castle Projections combined with the fireworks and music make it a sight to remember!

If you children are looking to learn more about the ocean I would recommend stopping by The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion at Epcot.  Here you will get up close and personal with marine life in a larger than life salt-water aquarium.  There are also plenty of educational opportunities for everyone in the family, my daughter loves visiting Sea Base, she always ends up watching the manatee!

I hope you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World Resort, Truett.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
