Boo to you, Jessica! Thanks for coming to planDisney with your question about
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! This is one of my favorite special events at Magic Kingdom Park, and my own countdown is just two days away from experiencing this year's event! I'm shrieking with excitement!
Jessica, because this event is so popular and there are only a certain number of tickets sold for each night, it does often sell out. In checking the website today, I noticed there are only a handful of dates with available tickets at this time. Once tickets for this event are purchased, they are nontransferable and nonrefundable, so it is not likely that you will see the option to purchase tickets for a currently sold-out party night materialize online again. But of course, it doesn't hurt to check the website frequently to see if they've made room for a few more souls to attend.
I know this isn't what you were hoping to hear, but I can offer you a few other suggestions:
- Call the helpful Cast Members to inquire if there are any tickets available that may not be showing online. You never know when someone else's plans may have changed, or what kind of magic spell they may be able to conjure up to help you out.
- If you decide to visit the Walt Disney World Resort even without securing party tickets, inquire at the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel if they have any inventory of party tickets available for purchase.
- Check with Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom Park on the day of the party you'd like to attend to ask about last-minute ticket options that might materialize.
While none of these suggestions guarantee you will find a ticket, if you do a grave bit of digging, you might uncover the magic you're hoping to find!
Jessica, if you do head down to the Most Magical Place on Earth and cannot secure party tickets, there are still lots of ways to celebrate Halloween! Check out the planDisney panelists recently released
