    I am answering your question because my BIG goal the last time I was at Disney World was to get my picture taken with Carl Fredickson from UP.

    Sadly, that did not happen. Carl, Russell and Doug make an appearance in the Pixar Pals Parade in Hollywood Studios. But that's all. So, the best I could do was get a far away picture as he walked by me in a parade.

    I even asked a Cast Member if they ever appeared for photos or if there was any good merchandise around. She answered NO to both.
