Any chance I could get a glimpse of the electrical water pageant while riding around on the monorail? We figured this may be a good first evening thing to do (look around at the parks) since we won't be arriving until evening.

Hi Jessica! It's definitely possible to see the Electrical Water Pageant from the monorail, but it might be a little difficult to time due to lines and when the monorails arrive and are actually inside the monorail station versus outside with a view of Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon.

Although weather and fireworks schedules can change the times slightly, the usual times to see the pageant in the following locations are:

    Polynesian Resort -- 9:00 p.m.
    Grand Floridian -- 9:15 p.m.
    Wilderness Lodge -- 9:35 p.m.
    Fort Wilderness -- 9:45 p.m.
    Contemporary Resort -- 10:05 p.m.
Magic Kingdom -- 10:20 p.m. (only during extended Magic Kingdom park
    hours)

My advice would be to take a resort monorail over to the Polynesian or Grand Floridian beach areas to have a wonderful, unimpeded view of the pageant as it floats by. If you'd like to just see it as you pass above on a monorail, keep the times above in mind and look toward the water!

    Have a great vacation!
