Typically the three-bedroom villas are not included in Free Dining Plan offers from Disney. I checked the current
Free Dining Plan offer from Disney, and it does specifically say on this page that three-bedroom villas are not included in this offer.
As to rates for fall, 2014 the non-discounted room rates are currently available for all Walt Disney World resorts. If you are hoping for a discount on these, there is a
discount currently available for booking rooms for most nights from August 16 through October 3. If your travel dates are later than that, I suggest that you monitor the
Walt Disney World Special Offer website. Although there is no guarantee that any special offer will come out, it is always worth watching. If a special offer is going to come out for the late fall, I would expect it to appear on the website in late summer. Also, you should know that if you book a room now and a discount becomes available on it later, as long as there is availability for the discount at the resort at which you are staying, you can have the discount applied when it is released.
