Will certain rides or attractions be closed during the Halloween party? I want to make sure we check them out before the party if that is the case.

A Not-So-Scary Hello to you, Janet!

Welcome back to planDisney! I am delighted to hear that you are planning to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this autumn. This beloved fan favorite is set to return in just a few short months, and I couldn't be more excited! Frightfully festive treats and Trick or Treating are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth at this event. Plus, your favorite characters will be showing off their fabulous costumes, and you can wear yours too! The timing for this is perfect, as traditional Character Greetings have recently returned to the parks. So get ready for epic photos full of hi-fives and hugs. And don't forget your autograph book!

Part of the fun of any special event is jumping on your favorite attractions with minimal wait times. I am happy to report you can see a full list of what attractions and shows will be available during this event on the Walt Disney World website. Some attractions like Mad Tea Party, Monesters Inc. Laugh Floor, and Space Mountain will have a special Halloween twist, so be sure to put these at the top of your must-do list!

And speaking of that must-do list, the Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade is a can't miss. Hitchhiking ghosts, villains, and classic character favorites make this a parade you won't soon forget. I must warn you, the music from this frighteningly fun cavalcade is very catchy, and you may find yourself singing it the rest of the evening!

I hope that your upcoming adventure is spooktacular!
    We'll see ya real soon!
