Ahoy there, Cindy!
Welcome aboard planDisney! This is such a sip-erb question, and I completely understand its importance—whether you’re eyeing the mocktail version or ready to say “cheers” with the spirited Drink of the Day, let’s dive right in!
While there aren’t set “Drink of the Day hours” posted shipwide, here’s the trick: they are generally available whenever the lounges and bars onboard are open. Since opening and closing times can vary by ship and location, the best way to stay in the loop is by keeping your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app handy. Once onboard, just check the hours listed for each lounge and poolside bar. In my experience, from the moment the bartenders are “be our guests” and ready to serve, you’ll find the Drink of the Day waiting for you. And while I can’t guarantee availability—I haven’t met a single lounge or bar that doesn’t offer them.
Since your adventure begins on October 31st, it looks like you’ll be sailing on either the
Disney Wish or
Disney Magic—and what a boo-tiful day to set sail! Be ready for trick-or-treating, Mickey’s Mouse-querade, and all the frightfully delightful fun that comes with
Halloween on the High Seas. If you’re planning to wear a costume (and I highly recommend it!), keep it in your carry-on bag just in case your checked luggage takes a little longer to reach your stateroom. That way, you can hop right into the festivities without missing a beat—after all, “if you’ve got it, haunt it!” (I’m sorry, I know that’s strike two on terrible dad jokes/puns!)
I hope this helps give you a clearer picture of when to expect your Drinks of the Day and how to make the most of your spook-tacular sailing. The good news is, whether it’s a frosty afternoon by the pool or an evening toast before the Broadway-style shows, your Drink of the Day is almost always close at hand.
Sea ya real soon as we ride the wave of summer’s final stretch in Disney style,
Dustin
