    Are there certain enchanted extras or restaurant reservations that are more challenging to book than others (and therefore should be booked first)?

    You've asked an excellent question about planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Advance reservations for dining and Enchanting Extras Collection experiences are a great way to plus an already magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Let's talk strategy.

    You can book many Enchanting Extras Collection experiences online or in the My Disney Experience mobile app 60 days in advance beginning at midnight EST. Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel can book for their entire length of stay, up to 10 nights, 60 days in advance of arrival. This is a tremendous advantage that explains why certain experiences can fill up over 60 days in advance. Popular reservations that are known to fill up quickly include Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Magic Kingdom Park and Up Close with Rhinos. I also expect Happily Ever After dessert parties, scheduled to begin on April 3, 2023, to be quite popular. For these experiences, in particular, I recommend being logged into your My Disney Experience account at 12:00 a.m. EST 60 days in advance.

    A new day of advance reservations for dining typically opens at 6:00 a.m. EST each day. You should book the most popular dining experiences like character dining (Cinderella's Royal Table, breakfast at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera, Chef Mickey's, breakfast at 'Ohana, etc) and shows (Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue) first. If possible, be flexible with your dates and meal times, and let availability be your guide when planning theme park reservations. Also 60 days in advance, I recommend being logged into your My Disney Experience account by 5:45 a.m. EST on the webpage of your top choice restaurant. Refresh every few minutes until a new day of reservations appears.

    To summarize, try booking desired Enchanting Extras Experiences at 12:00 a.m. EST 60 days in advance and advance reservations for dining at approximately 6:00 a.m. EST that same day. Book by popularity and be flexible. Return to planDisney with any clarifying questions.
