Is there a certain amount of MVMCP tickets?( We will be at the party on Dec. 19) If so about how many? I am wondering how crowded it will be so I can plan where to sit/stand for parade, fireworks and shows.

    Hi Kory,

You are going to love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  Its an awesome event!

Tickets to MVMCP are limited and once they're sold out - they are sold out. I have seen some numbers on some of the unofficial websites but they wouldn't give me an exact number when I called Disney.  I can tell you that I have attended MVMCP and even though it was on a night when they said the event was sold out, it still was not that bad. We had no problems maneuvering through the crowds.

Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade takes place at 8:15 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.  I usually go to the second parade.  The crowds are less during the second parade and I can enjoy the attractions with even less wait times during the first parade.  You can catch the Holiday Wishes fireworks  at 9:30 p.m.

My favorite place to watch the parades and fireworks is on Main Street USA. There is nothing like a Christmas parade or fireworks with Cinderella Castle as your "backdrop".

If you haven't checked out the link above recently on the Walt Disney World website, you should.   You can explore a Storybook that tells all about the happenings during MVMCP.  My boys LOVE to do!  We did it several times so they could see all the different options - they can change depending on your selections.  It was a lot of fun and a great way to get you in the spirit and ready for the party!

Wishing you many magical holiday memories :-) Allison
