Greetings, Zahira!
Welcome to planDisney! I am so very glad that you have brought your Walt Disney World planning questions to us. Let's go over the Florida residency verification requirements, so you can get back to planning your magical adventure.
When purchasing a
Florida Resident park ticket or annual pass, you will need to provide verification for each adult that is purchasing a ticket. This means that both you and your husband will need to show proof of address. Currently, a valid Flordia driver's license, a Flordia issued state ID card, or Florida-based military ID are the requested proof of verification. If you do not have any of the above IDs available to you at this time, you must have one of the documents from
the approved list dated within two months with a corresponding photo ID. Some examples of acceptable documentation include mortgage statements, utility bills, automobile insurance statements, and mail from a federal agency. Cell phone bills are not on this list, but if you have a phone line through your utility company you would be able to use this bill. When you're ready to purchase your tickets you can do so on the Walt Disney World website or in person. And this site now offers digital residency verification, so you can spend less time waiting in line and more time enjoying the magic. Don't forget to check out the
Flordia Resident- Special Tickets, Passes, and Offers page for some great deals! There are also some fantastic
Disney Resort hotel special offers for residents.
Zahira, if you are inquiring about proof of residency for an annual pass and need further support, you can
submit a passholder support form. This is a great way to get personalized, detailed information without hold times!
I hope that this information helps you secure your tickets. I am sure you will be off to the parks in no time!
We'll see ya real soon!
