    We have our 2018 Celebration Vacation this summer (25th anniversary & daughter graduates college). I have a reservation at Grand FL 8:30 pm. Hoping to have dessert then fireworks. Or is Narcoossee's a better option?

    Wow! 2018 is indeed looking to be a super celebratory yEar for your lovely family! My warmest congratulations on your 25th anniversary and huge hurrahs to your darling Princess on her college graduation. 
    It sounds like you've already made a great start on your plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort with an Advanced Dining Reservation at the elegant Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa where Guests can choose to wine and dine within several superb dining locations and eateries including the AAA Five Diamond Award winning Victoria & Albert's or as you suggest, within my personal favourite Narcoossee's which over looks Seven Seas Lagoon making it practically perfect in every way as a marvellous viewing spot for Happily Ever After.
    Another fun alternative for your combined celebration could perhaps be Highway in the Sky Dine Around.  This grand dining Monorail style tour begins with aperitifs & appetisers at The Wave... of American Flavors then via Monorail moves to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for libations and more appetisers before moving along to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa where champagne and fine dining are on the menu.  Guests then culminate their dine-around evening back at Disney's Contemporary Resort with delectable desserts and Happily Ever After from a private viewing terrace.
