Will Celebration on Top come back in December 2024?

Good day, Aaramie! Thanks for reaching out to us again here at planDisney!

Oh, dear, sweet Celebration at the Top...
I'd love to drink and eat to the fireworks' pop, pop.
Yes, I'd love to experience thee.
It would fill my heart with such glee.
Thine presence is few and far between as of late.
I wish someone could give me an update.
    Your sips sound exquisitely divine.
Your sparkle, I wish, could be mine.
I promise you, I'd savor it all so well.
Won't you please cast me under your spell?

Sorry, I just watched Hocus Pocus and Hocus Pocus 2, so I've got rhyming spells on my mind. In all seriousness, this offering at California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort seems like such a unique and memorable experience...and perfect for a holiday visit!

Currently, no dates have been announced for Celebration at the Top for December 2024. As of writing this answer, there are two dates in November 2024 but none after that. I recommend keeping an eye on this experience's page to see if any other dates pop up...and snag them immediately if they work for you.

If dates do not end up being available for your trip, here are some great alternatives:

    • Dinner at California Grill itself. The food is delicious, the views are divine, and it has its own private balconies to view the nighttime spectacular from Magic Kingdom Park. And even if you don't score a reservation during the fireworks, you can typically show your receipt from an earlier dining time at the host stand, and as long as it's from the same day (and there's capacity), the Cast Members will usually allow you access to the balcony to watch!
    • A dessert party at Magic Kingdom Park. There's a Pre-Party, Post-Party, and Seats & Sweets, where you can enjoy desserts and beverages and get a great view of the fireworks dancing across the sky! I'm hoping to take my dad to Seats & Sweets in January.
    • An EPCOT Fireworks Dining Package. You can enjoy dinner and a show at Rose & Crown Dining Room or Spice Road Table. While I haven't experienced the Rose & Crown Dining Room yet, I will say that Spice Road Table is a hidden gem at EPCOT. The food is fresh and satisfying...and with a view of the fireworks, what could be better?
    • Dinner at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera. While not a direct view, you can typically see EPCOT's nighttime spectacular from the terrace. And you may be able to spot some glimpses of seasonal fireworks from Disney's Hollywood Studios if offered. Plus, this is another great spot for cuisine. We ate there last spring, and it was delicious!
    • A meal at Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood at the Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. I am dying to visit this tower in general, but this restaurant is probably my main reason. You can typically catch glimpses of fireworks from EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios here.
Aaramie, enjoy your dinner or sweets (or both) with a sparkling ambiance! Reach out again with any other questions!

At last, I see the light,
    Matt
