We are celebrating our 10th year anniversary in Disneyland with our kids and parents. I made a terrible mistake switching/cancelling a reservation for our party. Half of the party were in Disneyland and galf are in California adventure. Please help us fix

    Hi there, Bern!

Congratulations on the first 10 years of your happily ever after! The Disneyland Resort is our favorite place to celebrate wedding anniversaries and other special occasions as well.

These mix-ups do happen from time to time. So I understand. I have had to rearrange mismatched park reservations for some of my own family visits to the Disneyland Resort too. Let’s go over the basic steps to updating theme park reservations.

    1. I recommend checking the theme park reservation availability calendar to verify that there are still openings for your preferred park on your preferred date. If you are booking reservations tied to a Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation, you will want to check the theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.
    2. Cancel the existing park reservation you wish to change by visiting the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. You can also access this page by tapping on a reservation displayed on the “Future Plans” screen of the Disneyland mobile app. If there are multiple tickets associated with a reservation, you will have the option of selecting all or only some of the tickets to remove from that reservation.
    3. Return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page to book new reservations for the tickets and passes linked to your account that have remaining days not already tied to a park reservation. Guests staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels should start on the "My Hotel Reservations" page.

Note that one-day theme park tickets may be used on dates with available reservations that are for the same ticket tier or lower. Be sure to book reservations for all days of a standard multi-day park ticket within 13 days after the first day of use or before the final ticket expiration date, whichever comes first.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Bern. And may you enjoy many happy years to come as you look back on the memories of this special milestone celebration!
