will be celebrating my wifes 40th birthday and wedding anniversary hopefully at rose and crown in epcot any chance we can get a table outside to watch the fireworks that evening and where in epcot would I get a pin for my wife and I to let people know

    Hi Brian!

That sounds like a magical vacation!  I recommend making an Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) for the Rose and Crown at 8:00 pm.  If 8:00 is full, then I recommend making it earlier.  In fact, if you really want to increase your chances of getting an outside table, then I recommend making the reservation for 7:30 and then just lingering over dinner!  That's because sometimes, and I have to stress "sometimes", the Cast Members will allow you to wait for an outside table.  By getting there at 7:30, if you have a better chance, but only if you are allowed to wait.  Sometimes, the Cast Members will say that you have to take the first table that comes up.  I suggest mentioning that you are celebrating a birthday and a wedding anniversary when you check-in at the podium and ask nicely if you can wait for an outside table!  Just don't be upset if the response is no.

You can pick up a pin to wear at Guest Relations which is inside Epcot to the left of Spaceship Earth as you face Spaceship Earth from the main entrance.  By the way, the pins are the same regardless of whether you pick them up at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom!  I recommend getting one on the first day you are there!

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
